respondent for the P.G.Degree/Diploma/6 year M.Ch (Neuro Surgery) Courses notified on 20.01.2015 and quash Clause 2(a) and Clause 2(c) of the Eligibility Criteria mentioned in the Prospectus as being illegal, arbitrary and ultra vires Article 14 of the Constitution of India.

2. In view of the fact that the prospectus is under challenge and the period has already been elapsed, due to efflux of time, no further adjudication needs to be made. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
