O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to register FIR against the named said persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 02.05.2015 and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his aged parents., the petitioner has come up with this petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the complaint dated 02.05.2015 has been sent by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
