It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the order dated 11.12.2023 passed by this Court in the above application has been complied with by paying cost to the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai and he has also filed a Memo dated 20.12.2023 in this regard.

2.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the memo filed, no further order is necessary in this application and accordingly, the same stand closed.

3.Issues were already framed by this Court and hence, no additional issues are required to be framed.

4.Post the matter before the Additional Master - II on 04.01.2024 for recording evidence and recording of evidence on both sides shall be completed on or before 29.02.2024.
