...Defendants Prayer: This Civil Suit is filed under Order IV Rule 1 of the Original Side Rules and Order VII, Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure prayed to grant the judgment and decree for (a) to direct the defendant to pay the sum of Rs.12,50,00,000/- towards the share in the quantum of the income derived in the venture SINGHAM Film in Hindi and (b) to grant the permanent injunction to restrain the defendants or their men or the agent or the successors or the
assigns or the person claiming through them from releasing or exploiting or using the Film SINGHAM (Hindi) Version to the business and (c) to direct the defendants to furnish the actual and correct accounts in respect of the entire production, sale, exploitation and other related income derived form the Film SINGHAM (Hindi languate) to assess the exact quantum of entitlement of this plaintiff.
(d) to grant the Mandatory injunction against the defendants and their men or the agent or the person to incorporate the logo and presence of the plaintiff in the production titles and advertisements in case of the releasing the film after complying the terms of the commitments and (e) to award the cost of the suit (f) to pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper to the circumstances and thus render justice. JUDGMENT
Mr.L.G.Sahadevan, the learned counsel for the plaintiff submit that long back they gave a bundle to the client and on perusal of the orders passed by this Court in Application No.3112 of 2011, the dispute has already been referred to the Arbitration by an order dated 19.07.2011.
2. In view of the said circumstances, nothing survives in the present Suit for further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, the Suit is dismissed. No costs. Court fee ordered to be refunded as per Section 69 A of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act.
