ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 12.05.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 12.05.2015 with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
