ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/appellant to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent every Monday at 10.30 a.m. pending appeal" imposed on the petitioner/accused in Crl.M.P.No.3595 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.257 of 2023 dated 04.07.2024 while suspending the sentence imposed by the learned Principal Special Judge, Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai in C.C.No.146 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the said condition from July 2024.

3. Though the records were already called for, the same have not been received so far. Therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition.

4. Accordingly, instead of every Monday, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent once in fortnight.

5. Further, Registry is directed to send reminder, receive records from the trial Court, prepare the typed set of papers, serve the copies on both side counsel on or before 28.03.2024 and list the matter on 07.04.2025 "for final arguments". 10-03-2025 ksa-2 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
