The notice issued by the Commissioner of Labour pursuant to the orders of the Industrial Tribunal passed in I.D.No.5 of 2002 dated 01.06.2011 under Section 33-C(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, for recovery of the amount, is put under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. Mrs.G.Djearany, learned Government Advocate (Puducherry), submitted that the entire amount stipulated in the impugned notice dated 14.08.2012 has been settled to the second respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent also ratifies such a submission.

3. In view of the settlement made, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
