This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act-2012, Vellore, Vellore District on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.24345 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act-2012, Vellore, Vellore District on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.24345 of 2024 dated 03.10.2024, is relaxed.
