ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the conditional order passed by the trial Court that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days (including holidays) from the next day of execution of bond before the trial Court and further directing to appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation" in Crl.M.P.No.509 of 2019, dated 25.01.2019, on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore (i/c), Vellore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that aggrieved over the registration of the FIR against th petitioner, he has filed a quash petition before this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.O.P.No.2715 of 2019 and this Court on 01.02.2019, admitted the quash petition and granted interim stay of investigation in respect of Cr.No.52 of 2019, pending disposal of the quash petition. He would further submit that in view of the stay granted in Crl.O.P.No.2715 of 2019 by this Court, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.509 of 2019 by the Court below may be relaxed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that this Court granted interim stay in the quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.2715 of 2019, dated 01.02.2019, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.509 of 2019 is relaxed.
