PRAYER: This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order of allowing the I.A.No.328 of 2011 in O.S.No.53 of 2009 and decreetal order dated 17.12.2011 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur and the suit may be decreed in favour of the petitioner/plaintiff. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Purushothama Doss For Respondents : Mr.M.R.Chellappan for R1 to R3 and R5 to R7.

O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the suit O.S.No.53 of 2009 has been dismissed by the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvallur, on an application moved by the defendants under the provisions of Order 7 rule 11 of CPC.

2. In the light of the above fact, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as "infructuous". No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
