This petition is filed to condone the delay of 213 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.R.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent 1 and Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Ms.Keerthika for respondents 2 and 3.

The delay is 213 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 213 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
