Heard Mr.R.J.Rishikesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.M.Muthuperiasamy, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.R.Iyappan, learned counsel for the seventh respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is set aside by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, by passing a conditional order and nothing survives in the present writ petition.

3. In the light of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.4662 of 2023 is closed (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 03.08.2023 Index :
