ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case for various cognizable offences on the basis of the complaint dated 09.12.2014 against the person named in the complaint.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the dispute is essentially between landlord and tenant and petition enquiry is pending. In respect of the quarrel between the petitioner and his landlord, earlier a case in Cr.No.201 of 2015 under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC was registered against the landlord and investigation is pending. While so, the petitioner has given a second complaint, in which enquiry was conducted in CSR No.769/2014 and the same was closed on 10.11.2014.
4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to send a copy of the Closure Report in CSR No.769/2014 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the petitioner by Registered Post.
