This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.28414 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P. No.28414 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024, is relaxed. 2/4
However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
