ORDER
This Criminal Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 27.01.2015 bearing Na.Ka.No.6696/ABP/2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has not lodged any complaint, but he wants a direction to the Respondent-Police to register a complaint based on the report dated 27.01.2015, supposed to have given by the Sub Registrar, Cuddalore. 4.In the opinion of this Court, such a direction cannot be passed and hence this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint in person to the Superintendent of Police, Cuddalore, referring to the report dated 27.01.2015, sent by the Sub Registrar, Cuddalore and on such complaint being given, the same shall be allotted to a competent Police Officer to register a case and taken action in accordance with law.
