Seeking a direction to the first respondent to investigate the case and file a final report within the stipulated period in Crime No.428 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.It is seen that the complaint is of the year 2012 and the investigation is still in progress and it would be in the interest of justice, if a direction is issued to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.

3.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
