O R D E R

The learned senior standing counsel for the respondent submits that the 2nd respondent is not the proper officer to pass the orders and therefore, the order has not been implemented and the proper officer has already issued show

cause notice and the petitioner has filed reply and the orders are to be passed within a reasonable time. 2.Considering the said submission, while closing the contempt proceedings, there will be a direction to the proper officer to adjudicate the matter and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

3.With the above direction, the Contempt Petition is closed.
