This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the orders passed by the 2nd Respondent, dated 29.05.2015, thereby the petitioner deployed to some other school from the third respondent School.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Ms.Akila Rajendiran, learned Government Advocate that the impugned proceedings, dated 29.05.2015 was already cancelled and thereby the petitioner is permitted to continue in the third respondent school as on date.
