W.P.Nos.569 and 570 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to execute and register the Mining lease pursuant to the grant dated 14.12.2016 bearing Rc.Nos.7058/MM1/2009 and 7057/MM1/2009 respectively, in favour of the petitioner, and in accordance with the procedure

prescribed therein, prior to 11.01.2017, in accordance with Rule 8 of the Minerals (other than Atomic and Hydrocarbons Energy Minerals) Rules, 2016.

W.P.No.571 of 2017 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to execute and register the Mining lease pursuant to the grant dated 23.12.2016 vide GO(MS) 154 in favour of the petitioner, and in accordance with the procedure prescribed therein, prior to 11.01.2017, in accordance with Rule 8 of the Minerals (other than Atomic and Hydrocarbons Energy Minerals) Rules, 2016.
