It is represented by Mr.L.Chandra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the respondents have complied with the order passed, however subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal, contempt proceedings can be closed.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed. The amount that was deposited by the respondents shall be subject to the result of writ appeal filed by the respondents.
