The Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking speedy disposal of the I.A.No.2 of 2020 pending on the file of the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner/plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.674 of 2020 on the file of the VII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, for declaration declaring that the defendants 2 and 4 are Functus Officio to hold the election of the first defendant association. Pending suit, the petitioners are said to have filed an application seeking for interim injunction restraining them to conduct election, even though earlier injunction was granted. Hence, interlocutory application was not disposed of. Therefore, seeking speedy disposal of the said interlocutory application, the present revision has been filed.
3. Today,when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the yesterday, i.e.13.02.2020, the trial Court hurriedly heard the application and dismissed the petitioner's application. Since the application has already disposed of, nothing remains to adjudicate in this revision and the revision has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance over the order passed by the Court below, it is always open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
