ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and thereafter, issue a separate subdivision patta in the name of the petitioner, based on his application dated 09.01.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fourth respondent in this writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid application of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections if any from the fourth respondent as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 09.01.2026 seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the subject property, and also sub-division patta in his favour, after hearing the objections if any from the fourth respondent as well as any other party whom the respondents 2 and 3 deem fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid application of the petitioner. No Costs. W.M.P.No.4805 of 2026 is closed.
