Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent herein to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2017 for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" for the association in the name of the "Tamil Nadu MRB Nurses Empowerment Association" within a time fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner claims to be the President of an Association called "Tamil Nadu MRB Nurses Empowerment Association", seeks for a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 23.08.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for issuance of "No Objection Certificate" for the said Association to function in the name and style of "Tamil Nadu MRB Nurses Empowerment Association". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.08.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and the other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
