This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to conduct the enquiry with regards to malafide sale deed No.5574/2013 dated 11.10.2013 on the file of SRO, Gummudipoondi by the 2nd respondent consequentially direct the respondent to file the appropriate application before the Honble Special Court, TANPID Act, Chennai in Connection with Cr.No.9/2009 on the file of 1st Respondent Police within stipulated time.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the representation seeking an enquiry into the alleged malafide transaction during the execution of the sale deed as Document No.5574/2013, dated 11.10.2013 is to be considered and the representation should be disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
