ORDER

In the order dated 08.02.2023, this Court had granted time for taking steps for service of notice on the other side until 22.02.2023 and had also categorically held that if steps are not taken before the aforesaid date, the Civil Revision Petition would stand automatically dismissed, insofar as the respondents 1 to 7, without any further reference to this Court.

2. As only seven respondents in the revision petition and an endorsement had also been made by the Registry indicating that the Batta had not been filed, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
