ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's land in S.No.140/1A & 1B, situated at M.Kalipatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District based on the application dated 04.02.2020.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third and fourth respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 04.02.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
