ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.329 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up today, Mr.Mahalingam, Head Constable, Sooramangalam Police Station was present at the time of hearing before this Court through video conferencing. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Salem on 11.02.2021.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. The learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Salem is directed to act upon the final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the Court below takes cognizance of the final report and issues summons to the petitioner and the petitioner is aggrieved https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the same, it is always left open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
