ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.08.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner has made a representation, dated 22.08.2025 before the respondents seeking direction to the respondents herein to complete the recruitment process commenced under Advertisement No.05/2017 dated 26.07.2017 by considering the petitioner for appointment as Physical Education Teacher as per the list dated 20.03.2025 (Sl.No.11) and certificate verification done on 15.04.2025 under Roll No.17ST14011221. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2025, as expeditiously as possible.
4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 22.08.2025, within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
