This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the concerned records from the 2nd respondent, quash the Office Order of the 2nd respondent dated 15.7.2015 bearing Ref. No.PU/ Estt(T)/ET-2/ 2015-16/855 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law, in violation of Clause 7 of the Statutes of the 2nd respondent 2/4

University and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to continue the petitioner as Centre Head of the Centre for Bio-Informatics till 28.2.2016 in terms of the Office Order dated 28.2.2013 bearing Ref. No.PU/ Estt(T)/ 2012-13/356. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that nothing survives in this writ petition.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is also closed.
