ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petitioner, who is the fifth accused. in a case of kidnap demanding ransom of Rs.15 lakhs. 164 statement of the victim recorded by the police in the course of investigation indicates that when the victim was kept under illegal detention in a remote place inside Sathyamangalam Forest, this petitioner was providing food and other basic assistance to the accused persons, who has kept the victim under the illegal detention.

2. In the light of the above fact and taking note of the fact that the investigation is yet to be completed, release of the petitioner will not be conducive for the investigation.
