This Petition has been filed to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents herein from in any manner alienating or otherwise encumbering the suit properties which are the subject matter of the judgment and decree dated 24.10.2018 made in O.S.No.221 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Salem, pending disposal of the above First Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of both sides.

3.Learned counsel for the Petitioner requested this Court to take the main Appeal itself and to close this present Miscellaneous Petition.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
