Petition for relaxation of condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1275 of 2015 dated 14.5.2015 by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District.
2. On 14.5.2015, in Crl.M.P.No.1275 of 2015, the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District, while granting bail to this petitioners has imposed a condition that the petitioners should report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Chengalpattu on all working days for 15 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as on date, the petitioners are complying with the above said condition for 14 days. Hence they have come forward with the present petition to relax the said condition.
4. Learned Government Advocate (crl.side) also submitted that petitioners are regularly complying with the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.Considering the submissions of both sides to the effect that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1275 of 2015 dated 14.5.2015 by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District, this Court is constrained to relax the same and accordingly, the condition imposed by the learned Vacation Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram District that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpattu on all working days for 15 days is totally relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Except the above said relaxation, all other conditions imposed by the court below shall remain unaltered.,
6. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
