The deficit Court has been paid. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 258 days in filing the Review Application against the judgmetn and decree dated 15.02.2019 in the above Second Appeal.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the condone delay application and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein.

3. The Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application for the delay to be condoned.

4. It is also brought to my notice that the Learned Counsel has filed an application to adduce evidence and along with stay petition.
