ORDER

This petition is filed to grant an extension of time of twelve weeks to the respondent, Securities and Exchange Board of India, to comply with the directions contained in the common order dated 23.10.2024 as modified by the order dated 14.07.2025 passed in WP.Nos.8795, 9372, 9713, 9714, 9717, 9718 and 11761 of 2020.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner herein would submit that they have issued summons to several entities and individuals connected with the subject matter of investigation. The replies received pursuant thereto are extensive and supported by voluminous documentation and its requires detailed scrutiny, cross-verification with

other records.

3. It is also submitted that the investigation involves scrutiny of agendas, minutes and resolutions of Audit Committee meetings and Board of Directors' meetings of the concerned entities during the relevant period. These exercise are time consuming and therefore, they seek an extension of time for a further period of twelve weeks. The learned counsel for the petitioner who also vouch the above statement and contend that he has no objection for the extension.

4. In view of the above, this petition is ordered as prayed for and the respondent is granted a period of 12 weeks to comply with the directions of this Court.
