This suit has been filed by the plaintiff for recovery of money along with interest from the defendants.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff sought permission of this Court to withdraw this suit and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the endorsement to that effect, this suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. Hence, the Registry is directed to refund the Court fee to the plaintiff as Page No:2/4

per the Rules applicable.
