[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.] The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in SHRC No. 8961 of 2007, dated 21.02.2011 and to quash the same.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration Mr.P.Dharmaraj, learned counsel represented on behalf of the learned counsel
on record seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to this effect.
3. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
