This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, based on the complaint dated 10.05.2015 given by the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.158 of 2015 has been registered for offences under Sections 294 (b), 323 and 506(i) IPC.
