ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2025.
2. The petitioner is the wakf and has made a representation to the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board.
3. The prayer of the petitioner is that there is some land belonging to the Masjid and the petitioner intends to lease out the pieces and parcels of the said land to poor families in the locality. From the lease rent that is realised, the petitioner intends to further develop structures or carry out work for various welfare and other charitable purposes. The representation is still pending.
4. When the matter came up for admission, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is granted by the Court, the first 2/5
respondent shall consider the representation and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2025 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of the website uploaded copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order.
