When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this court, the 1st respondent has passed an order vide Letter No.TS/JDO/F.30/2021, dated 13.08.2021 and hence, the order of this court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the said order to that effect.

2.Conceding the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to go before the authority concerned to ventilate his grievances.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides, this contempt petition stands closed, granting such liberty to the petitioner.
