PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,to modify the conditions imposed Crl.M.P.No.1977 of 2019 dated 04.02.2019 in Crime No.18 of 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Chennai.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.1977 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.18 of 2019, while granting bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not able to afford to comply with the condition of the depositing title deeds worth of Rs.5,00,000/- on his own. He would further submit that due to family dispute, no persons come forward to give deposit of title deed worth about Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner. Hence, he prays for modification.

4. *Accordingly, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit title worth of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.18 of 2019 either belonging to him or his friends and relatives. All other Conditions shall remain intact.
5.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation and the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by the Court below. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
