Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 12.06.2025 in W.P.No.3958 of 2022, in the appearance column, the name of the learned counsel for the respondent has been wrongly mentioned as "Mr.M.S.Viswanathan for EPF" instead of "Mr.K.Venkatesan for EPF. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3.Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondent, the typographical error is corrected in the order dated 12.06.2025 in W.P.No.3958 of 2022, in the appearance column, the name of the learned counsel for the respondent shall be read as "Mr.K.Venkatesan for EPF" instead of "Mr.M.S.Viswanathan for EPF".

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 12.06.2025 in W.P.No.3958 of 2022, and issue fresh order copy.

5. In all other aspects, the order dated 12.06.2025 in W.P.No.3958 of 2022, shall remain unaltered.
