Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in Seniority List of Assistant Executive Engineer in Memo No. A1/ Seniority list / TNPHC/ 2015 dated 22.12.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent consequential memorandum dated 02.02.2018 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and direct the 1st respondent and to revise the seniority list of Assistant Executive Engineers and consequently place the petitioner above the respondents 3 to 7.
