Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extent the time to execute the surety and deposited the amounts in the above Crl.OP.No.1331 of 2022 order dated 24.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.MUTHAMIZHSELVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1331 of 2022, dated 24.01.2022, to execute the surety and also to deposit the amount.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to his ill health, the petitioner could not able to comply the condition imposed by this Court within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to execute the surety and also to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing surety and depositing the amount is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
