O R D E R

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed in C.M.A.No.166 of 2011 by the learned V Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. C.M.A.No.166 of 2011 arises against an order granting an injunction to the revision petitioner in I.A.No.6330 of 2011 in O.S.No.3376 of 2011 filed before the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. The respondent had taken up this interim order by way of an appeal in C.M.A.No.166 of 2011 and the trial Court was pleased to allow the said Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and set aside the order of the interim injunction granted by the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in I.A.No.6330 of 2011. Pending this revision, the interim order has not been revived.

However, considering the fact that the suit itself is for bare injunction, this Court deems it fit to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned VI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3376 of 2011 expeditiously not later than a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
