Crl.M.P.No.2413 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1214 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1214 of 2022 by an order dated 21.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect reporting once in a week instead of daily at 10.30 a.m.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer daily is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer every Sunday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
