2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. The respondent though served privately, had not entered appearance.

4. The reasons set out in paragraph No.4 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition appears to be convincing.

5. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 346 days in filing the above second appeal in S.A.SR.No.58118 of 2016 is condoned.

6. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
