CRIME NO.13/2016 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.5414 of 2020 Crl.O.P.No.31699 of 2019 dated 17.09.2020 by a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.MANURAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order dated 17.09.2020 made in Crl.M.P.No.5414 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.31699 of 2019.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
