ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.A.M.Venkata Krishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the representation of the petitioner for sanction of land for the purpose of cemetery would be considered and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law by respondent No.1 within a period of three months.

In view of the statement made, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
