Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6(e) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20824 of 2020, dated 04.01.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.JAYACHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 04.01.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has already been granted relaxation of condition vide order of this Court dated 04.03.2021, in Crl.M.P.No.2439 of 2021.
