PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 28.01.2016 in M.C.No.304 of 2012 passed by the Principal Family Court, Chennai and set aside the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a compromise was entered into between the parties. A report dated 18.04.2018 is also received from the Mediation Centre of this Court stating that the parties have compromised the dispute between each other and a Joint Memo of full and final settlement, has also been filed that effect and the same is recorded.
2. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. The said memo shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
